5 piece Billet Head: The Best of the Best. Reduce detonation, better cooling with more mid range hp than cutting your head or pulling gasket layers! Increases compression safely. Chambers range from 17 to 22cc (7k-11k ft 20cc, 3k-7k ft 21cc, 0-3k ft 22cc) Typically subtract 1cc for porting. The stock head is 23.8cc with 118lbs at 5k ft. With 20cc chambers the new head 135lbs at 5k ft. Use / reuse stock head gaskets (not included). The upper & lower halves use O-ring seals.

The OEM chambers are 24cc PTO & 21cc Mag/Center. Subtract 1.5cc for porting. Includes 4 new dowel pins; requires minor OEM head gasket mod by installer.

MM/SX 800 BIG BORE by Bender Racing
Add 50+ HP to your MM. Top end HP is as good as it gets. Bender’s engine design expertise shines with the incredible 164 horsepower at 8500 to 8600 RPM for this trail engine. Stump pulling performance with 99 ft-lbs of torque will give you the competitive edge you want. All this with stock carburetors. Complete kit includes modification of your cylinders (Porting, Nicasil coated aluminum sleeves), Custom Cast Pistons (with rings, wrist pins and circlips), modification to your head (or works great with big bore inserts for our Billet Head) plus a complete gasket set. For maximum HP we recommend this kit be used in conjunction with the Bender MM/SX Pipes See “Pipes” section. Exchange possible.
