belief, the stock Viper has more aggressive porting and higher
compression (on 2 cylinders) than the SRX does. Porting and
Compressions coupled together with a great set of pipes does it!
Those 800s need to look out! All this at stock operating RPM and
produces incredible performance gains with reliable operation;
it’s a real dollar to HP bargain! This is a must have item for
all enthusiasts. The pipes are available in two versions; a
trail friendly quiet version with a 3-into-1 canister type
silencer and a racier version which features a 3 into 3 silencer
pack for a more aggressive sounding, yet trailable dB level
(pictured). Both sets produce the same performance and fit
models equipped with and without electric start and reverse.

MM/SX(r) adds 4HP to the mid-range and 2HP on top-end. It’s
coated with a durable nickel plated finish. Noise levels have
been significantly reduced over prior year models. Save 7.1 lbs
over the stock silencer. It exits through the stock exhaust
hole. Jetting and clutching remain stock with no sacrifice to
reliability.
